諮詢預約時間有哪些？
What are the available times for appointments?
❏ 我們的營業時間是每週二至六 10:30~18:00，週日、週一為診所公休日。
❏ 週四為綜合微雕美學 郭伃婷醫師門診；手術諮詢門診以週二、三、五、六為主。
❏ 諮詢門診時段主要有：10:30、13:30、15:30 及 17:00。若有其他時段需求，都歡迎再與我們討論。
- Our service hours: Every Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30am to 6:00pm. We are off on every Sunday and Monday.
- On Thursdays, Dr. Guo Yu-Ting will hold consultations for comprehensive micro-sculpture aesthetics; surgical consultation hours are primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- The main consultation time slots are at 10:30, 13:30, 15:30, and 17:00. If you have any other time slot requests, feel free to discuss them with us.
諮詢需要費用嗎？
Is there a fee for consultations?
❏ 初次諮詢酌收200元的諮詢服務費，為單次收費。
❏ 再次預約回診及治療的客人，不會再收諮詢費用。
❏ 初次約診請記得攜帶證件以便核對資料。
- A one-time consultation fee of 200 TWD will be charged for the first consultation.
- For returning clients scheduling follow-up appointments or treatments, no consultation fee will be charged.
- Please also remember to bring your ID with you for the first-time consultation registration.
診所附近是否有停車場？
Is there a parking lot near the clinic?

❏ 中山運動中心地下停車場
❏ 建成公園地下停車場
❏ 林森公園地下停車場
❏ 中山北路巷子中另有許多平面停車場
診所無特約停車場，敬請見諒。

- Zhongshan Sports Center Underground Parking Lot
- Jiancheng Park Underground Parking Lot
- Linsen Park Underground Parking Lot
- There are also few of ground-level parking lots in the alleys off Zhongshan North Road
The clinic does not have a designated parking lot. We apologize for the inconvenience.
